The Steelco LAB 900 is designed to meet the demands of high-volume scientific laboratories, offering outstanding cleaning and drying performance for large quantities of items. This fully automatic frontal loading glassware washer is capable of cleaning bottles and carboys up to 100 lt / 22 Gal US with ease.

The LAB 900 is equipped with an advanced injection washing and drying system that operates on up to three levels with four different rack locations, providing maximum flexibility through multiple chamber configurations. The upper levels can be removed to accommodate the height of the loaded glassware. The unit is available in both electrical and steam heated models.

This high-capacity washer features a space-saving motorized sliding-up door and convenient onboard chemical storage accessible from the front, minimizing the footprint required and maximizing the use of available reprocessing space. The HEPA 14 filtered forced air drying system ensures complete drying of both the exterior and interior of your glassware.

The LAB 900 also features an intuitive control system with a user-friendly interface that allows for easy programming and monitoring of the washing and disinfection cycles. The unit is equipped with an RS 232 dedicated port for printer or PC connection to monitor and validate washing and disinfection cycles, ensuring traceability and process validation.
